A One-on-One is simply meeting with someone from the group over
coffee, lunch, or a game of Monday Night Football. It's your opportunity to learn about that individual and their business in greater detail. By taking the time to meet with that person outside the group environment you will gain a better insight into who that person is as well as how you can best assist them in reaching their goals. In turn, this is an opportunity for you to better explain what you do to this individual as well.

One-on-Ones are absolutely critical in further developing the Netweaving concept. Without a thorough understanding of what someone else does, you cannot help them to the best of your ability. We highly encourage all of our members and guests to have One-on-Ones with at least one person a week, and more than One-on-One with individuals you have the strongest synergy with.
